10 Tips for a Stress-Free Walt Disney World Vacation

7. Take a midday break

The middle of the day is always the most crowded time (except for during the fireworks), and in the summer this can also be the hottest time. It doesn’t hurt to take a break in the middle of the day with either a dip in the pool or a nap in your room back at the resort. Prefer not to leave the parks? Grab a cold drink and sit in the shade for a few minutes just to take a breather.
