15 Things Every Walt Disney World Rookie Should Know

13. Make Good Use of FastPass+

As part of your planning you’re going to want to make FastPass+ reservations for your top priority experiences. Nothing will reduce your time spent waiting in line as much as FastPass +.  Reservations are available for select rides, characters, and parade and show viewings. Make the most of those reservations! Do your research and find out which attractions tend to have longer wait times. Some rides have really outstanding line experiences, so you might not want to miss them. And be sure to arrive at the Fast Pass+ line during your ride window! If you miss it, you will not be allowed to enter the line and your reservation is wasted.

Laurel

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
