7. Travel Agent

For all the reasons stated previously, consider using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner like Mickey Travels to help you plan your trip.  In most cases, Disney pays them, so their expert planning services are FREE to you!

8. How many days?

If you think you can see Disney World in 3 days, think again!  For your first trip, consider planning at least 5 days. Prepare yourself that you won't see it all.  Make priorities.  Plan for "down days" or partial-day park visits.  That will give you time for fun AND relaxation.

9. Dining

Make reservations for a few sit-down restaurants.  Menus are available on-line.  Your family and your feet will thank you!  There are dozens of good, well-themed restaurants in the parks and resorts.
