1. Wait until after park close to leave

This is something not a ton of people do, which makes it one of the best tips to give a rookie. There’s always a mad dash to leave the park as soon as it closes because the attractions close and don’t let anyone else get in line. However, merchandise locations don’t close right away and, on top of that, leaving at the same time as everyone else means major congestion trying to leave the park. Even waiting 20 extra minutes makes a huge difference and you can get some semi-empty park shots!
