We have found that it is the best to do you table service meal at lunch time.  This is true for a few reasons – first, guests get out of the oppressive Florida heat for a break inside.  Second, it is somewhat easier to get prime reservations for more popular restaurants at lunch time, as opposed to dinner, and third, meals are a little cheaper for guests dining at lunch time.  Also, you get the benefit of enjoying the parks at night as the sun starts to go down in the parks or at the resort.
