Before the spring break rush, Disney World usually enjoys a little lull in attendance, as a majority of families are still holding out for their school holidays. Epcot begins the Flower and Garden Festival during this time, which is my absolute favorite time to visit with kids. Extra playgrounds and unique food offerings make this an ideal time for multi-age parties to enjoy Epcot, while pleasant spring weather entices you to spend time in all the other parks too.
