8 Restaurant Reservations That Are Very Hard to Make At Disney World

When you start to plan your trip to Walt Disney World, there are many components to factor in. Decide where to stay, how many days to spend in the parks, what attractions to do and where to eat. It may seem weird to think about a meal months in advance. Having a general idea of where to dine is helpful, especially because so many restaurants on property fill up fast. Here are a few of the most popular dining locations at Walt Disney World that may be difficult to snag reservations:  Photo credit Disney

1. Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre

This restaurant tends to be popular because of how unique it is. Your ‘table’ is actually inside of a convertible car that is facing a giant screen playing black and white film clips, which will certainly make you feel as though you’re at a drive-in movie theatre! If this is something your family would enjoy, I’d book this well in advance. It isn’t the hardest reservation to get, but it can be during peak times.

2. Chef Mickey’s

This character dining location is the only place where you can meet the Fab Five –Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Donald – all together, making it a hot commodity. Character dining is available in the morning and evening, giving you more opportunities to snag a reservation. Because it’s character dining, this tends to fill up quickly, so definitely book in advance.

3. Victoria & Albert’s

Victoria and Alberts

If you enjoy fancy, upscale dining, this restaurant is going to be a dream come true for you. Children under 10 are not allowed to dine in this restaurant and there is a bit of a dress code, which is to be expected. I would recommend this location if you’re on your honeymoon or some other special occasion as it is expensive, but the experience is unmatched. Reservations are required.
