3. Stuffed Waffles
Like I said, we regularly bring our own lunches to save some money. But not always. Sometimes, whether by choice or force of nature, we opt to grab some counter service grub. And by golly, if we’re gonna “splurge” on restaurant food, it’s gotta be good. We’ve discovered several favorites in the parks, but Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom’s Liberty Square tops the list. There a waffle takes cues from a taco and gets filled with creamy chocolate and fruit or savory chicken and greens. There are lots of good counter service places, but this one is undeniably “splurge”-worthy.
