Santa will be greeting guests from November 13 through December 24 near Disney's Pin Traders. The virtual queue will open five times daily — at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM. Guests must be on property at Disney Springs to join, but the process is simple: one person joins for the entire group, with a max of 10 guests per party.
Once your return time comes up, the app will send a notification along with a digital code. You can spend the rest of your day shopping, dining, or exploring the Christmas Tree Stroll, then return right on time for your holiday moment with Santa.
