Remember when we spent months literally watching construction crews work on that mysterious new kiosk in Disney World's Toy Story Land? Staring at that blank menu board, wondering what Disney was planning? Speculating about whether it would open before the holidays?
Well, the wait is officially over. The Popcorn and Snacks kiosk opened this morning at 10 a.m., and it's bringing exactly what Disney World needed: another viral spring roll to obsess over.
Pizza Spring Rolls Are Here to Steal the Spotlight
The Pizza Planet Spring Rolls are about to take over your social media feeds in no time—we're calling it now.
Priced at $9.49, you’ll receive two pepperoni pizza spring rolls accompanied by marinara sauce. These will be available starting at 10:30 a.m. daily.
The cheeseburger spring rolls from Magic Kingdom became an absolute sensation over the past two years. People posted about them constantly, and the lines stretched down pathways as everyone rushed to try them. Disney clearly took notice, as they are now introducing pizza spring rolls following that success.
The concept is brilliant. They take something everyone loves—pizza—wrap it in a crispy spring roll wrapper, fry it to a golden perfection, and watch as people go crazy for it. Pizza spring rolls hit all the right notes: they offer familiar comfort food in an unexpected format, are highly photogenic, and are unique enough to feel special.
The Rest of the Menu Holds Its Own
While everyone's going to fixate on those spring rolls, the kiosk actually offers a solid lineup of other snacks. Churros with chocolate sauce run $7.49. Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches are both $6.49. Regular popcorn costs $5.99, with souvenir buckets available for $14.29 and refills at $2.49 for your entire stay.
Frozen lemonade and frozen strawberry lemonade cups are $6.29 each, which is standard Disney frozen drink pricing. Sodas run $5.59, DASANI water is $4.25, and smartwater costs $6.25.
For adults who want to add alcohol to their snack break, there are several options. Jack Daniel's with Coke, Bacardi with Coke, and Stoli Vanilla Vodka with Coke all cost $16.50. Draft beer includes Bud Light at $10 and Yuengling at $10.50.
Nothing groundbreaking beyond the spring rolls, but that's fine. Sometimes you just want popcorn and a Mickey bar, and now Toy Story Land can deliver that without forcing you to wait at Woody's Lunch Box.
The Construction Journey Was Longer Than Expected
Construction started in October when Disney demolished an existing sign to make room for the new structure. Throughout November and December, Disney fans watched concrete get poured, queue markers installed, and crews working inside.
The really frustrating part was that blank menu board. It sat there for weeks, mocking everyone who wanted to know what would be served. That empty board generated endless speculation until today.
The queue markers that appeared in December signaled opening was close. Disney doesn't install queue infrastructure until they're nearly ready to operate.
The Theming Is Pure Toy Story Land
The kiosk looks like a classic striped popcorn bag tipped on its side, maintaining the land's playful vibe where guests have been shrunk to toy size.
Oversized toothpicks hold up the awnings and signs look like paper taped onto the structure. The “and Snacks” written after “Popcorn” looks handwritten, as if added as an afterthought.
Queue railings shaped like popcorn boxes should help manage the crowds these spring rolls are inevitably going to draw.
Why This Actually Matters
Toy Story Land has lacked convenient food options since 2018. While Woody's Lunch Box and Roundup Rodeo BBQ offer meals, quick grab-and-go snacks have been limited, especially during busy times.
The new kiosk, strategically placed near the restrooms and Galaxy's Edge entrance, will attract foot traffic from both areas and help balance Toy Story Land’s food offerings with the multiple locations available in Galaxy's Edge.
Get Ready for Disney World's Crowds
Unique Disney snacks draw large crowds, with lines for cheeseburger and pizza spring rolls often reaching 20-30 minutes. The newly built kiosk in Toy Story Land is designed to handle this traffic with separate order and pickup windows, ensuring efficiency.
For those visiting Hollywood Studios, this opening enhances the experience, though expect busy lines as everyone rushes to try the latest viral snack. The wait is over; the Popcorn and Snacks kiosk officially opened at 10 a.m., adding another spring roll to rave about.
