13. Can I use pools at resorts that I’m not staying at.
No. Pools are considered amenities that are exclusive to guests of each specific resort. While you may technically be able to pool-hop without getting caught, the general rule is that guests staying at each resort are paying to use the pool, and Disney will enforce this policy when the pools seem to be more crowded than usual.
