1. Flynn Rider
If a small dose of Flynn Rider in Disney’s Festival of Fantasy Parade isn’t enough to satisfy you, you’re in luck—you can meet him outside of the park. He joins a few other friends for breakfast at Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, located at Disney’s Boardwalk.
There are plenty of other characters you can meet outside of the parks, such as Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Cinderella and Alice.
