Walt Disney World's dining options have always stretched beyond what most guests picture when they think of a theme park meal, and a recent update makes two of the resort's most acclaimed restaurants noticeably easier to actually book.
Capa and Ravello, both housed inside the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, have technically been part of the Walt Disney World Resort footprint for years.
Now they're finally folded into the same reservation system after 12 years of operation, guests already rely on for everything else during a Disney trip. It's a simple technical shift, but it opens the door for more guests to fit an upscale, memorable meal into a vacation that might otherwise stay entirely inside the parks. Here's what changed and what it actually means for your next visit.
The Booking Process Just Got Simpler
Capa and Ravello, the two signature restaurants at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, are now bookable directly through the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app. Both restaurants operate inside the Four Seasons property itself, which sits within the larger Walt Disney World Resort, but reservations previously had to go through either the Four Seasons directly or OpenTable. That separation is gone now, and the update also extends to Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and His Pals, the character breakfast hosted inside Ravello.
This matters most for guests who already plan their entire trip through My Disney Experience. Rather than switching over to a completely different booking platform just to grab a table at one of the area's most respected restaurants, everything now sits in one place alongside park reservations, Lightning Lane selections, and the rest of your dining plans.
A Rooftop Steakhouse Built Around Spanish Flavors
Capa brings a rooftop steakhouse experience with a distinctly Spanish influence, built around wood grilled meats, seafood, and tapas, paired with a deep wine and cocktail selection. Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and Chef Chris Edwards lead the kitchen, and the restaurant holds both a AAA Four Diamond rating and a Michelin recommendation, credentials that place it among the more serious culinary destinations in the entire Orlando area.
The space itself leans into a dramatic, matador inspired look, combining dark wood with bold black and crimson accents, and the open kitchen sits in full view of the dining room. The outdoor terrace overlooks the Tranquilo Golf Club and the surrounding wetlands, and guests can actually watch Walt Disney World fireworks from the rooftop while eating, turning dinner into something closer to a full evening event than a standard meal out.
A handful of details are worth knowing ahead of time. Dinner service runs 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and entrée prices average north of $60 per adult, putting Capa solidly in fine dining territory. Live music plays Wednesdays and Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for anyone whose visit happens to line up with those nights. Disney dining plans and the Four Seasons Kids 5 and Younger Dine Free program don't apply here, so this isn't a restaurant to fold into a prepaid package. Valet parking is complimentary for Capa guests, which helps simplify the logistics of visiting a restaurant outside Disney's usual transportation network.
Italian Cooking and a Morning Visit From Goofy
Ravello serves Italian cuisine for both breakfast and dinner, with Chef Schenardi, who hails from Torino, building the menu around housemade pasta, wood fired pizza, limoncello, and imported Italian ingredients. Dinner runs 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, and both breakfast and dinner entrées average between $35 and $59.99 per adult, making it a somewhat more approachable price point than Capa while still delivering an elevated dining experience.
The standout draw for families is Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and His Pals, held at Ravello every Thursday and Saturday morning from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. The character breakfast includes a prix fixe menu with a choice of entrée, and Goofy and his pals circulate through the restaurant throughout the meal. Guests receive a photo opportunity with Goofy upon arrival, though this particular experience skips tableside autographs and additional character photos found at some other Disney character dining locations. A digital photo download is included in place of those extras.
Ravello follows the same restrictions as Capa when it comes to Disney dining plans and the Four Seasons Kids 5 and Younger Dine Free program, neither of which apply, including during the character breakfast itself. It's worth budgeting for this meal separately from any dining package already built into your trip.
Getting a Reservation Locked In
Reservations for Capa, Ravello, and the Goofy character breakfast are now available directly through the Walt Disney World website and My Disney Experience app, appearing right alongside the rest of Disney's dining options. Guests who prefer booking by phone can still call the Four Seasons directly at (407) 313-6161.
One detail worth planning around is transportation. Since these restaurants sit at the Four Seasons rather than a Disney owned resort, Disney's complimentary transportation system doesn't extend there. Guests will need to arrange their own way to and from the property, whether that's a rideshare, rental car, or the resort's own shuttle service.
Making Room for an Upscale Night Out
For anyone planning a Walt Disney World vacation, this update genuinely makes it easier to include an experience that might have previously felt like too much extra effort to coordinate. A rooftop dinner with fireworks views at Capa, or a character breakfast alongside Goofy at Ravello, can now be booked in the exact same spot you're already managing your park days and Lightning Lanes, which makes it far more likely these experiences actually end up part of your trip instead of getting left out.
