After 97 Years, Disney Reveals a Different Look for Mickey and Minnie Mouse

Mickey and Minnie Mouse debuted sailor-inspired spring outfits at EPCOT, but only Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members with special access can meet the characters in their new looks.

Disney Vacation Club posted a photo on March 2 showing the refreshed costumes available exclusively at the ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge in EPCOT's Imagination! Pavilion:

The sailor-themed Mickey and Minnie Mouse appear only during Membership Magic Beyond hours, currently 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily (subject to change). Disney Vacation Club members must purchase the $99 annual Membership Magic Beyond package to access character experiences during these exclusive hours.

DVC members visiting the ImaginAtrium Lounge can bring up to four additional guests or the number of people on their Disney Resort hotel reservation, whichever is greater. Reservations aren't required, but capacity limits apply.

Different From Regular Lounge Access

DVC members don't need Membership Magic Beyond to access the ImaginAtrium Lounge during standard operating hours. However, Mickey and Minnie Mouse only wear the special sailor outfits during exclusive Membership Magic Beyond timeframes.

Membership Magic Beyond costs $99 annually and includes benefits through December 31, 2026. The package is available for purchase now.

Disney Vacation Club is effectively The Walt Disney Company's timeshare program. Members buy into a “home” Disney Resort hotel for an upfront cost plus annual dues, receiving points for stays at DVC-eligible Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Adventures by Disney, Disney's Vero Beach Resort, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, and Aulani in Hawaii.

Information desks at every Disney Resort hotel, throughout the Disney parks, and at Disney Springs offer free DVC tours and consultations.
