3. Pluto and Stitch Location—Main Street—usually around the flagpole—periodically. There is really no set time when Pluto shows up; usually in the morning right after the Magic Kingdom opens. Pluto is Mickey’s dog, is very friendly and will let you pet or hug him, if you do it in a nice way. He likes to show off a bit, so you may have to tell him to “sit” to get that perfect picture with him.
