Disney Friends Returning Soon to Aulani Resort’s Character Breakfast

Exciting news, Disney fans! Slowly but surely, we’re seeing the return of characters in different ways including the beloved character dining experiences at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Disney is ready to welcome characters back at Makahiki Restaurant for breakfast!

As shared by DisneyParksBlog: “At the character breakfast, Mickey Mouse and his friends will join Aunty or Uncle for fun songs and entertainment while guests enjoy a delightful three-course breakfast. Upon arrival at Makahiki, and throughout the breakfast experience, guests will have an opportunity to take photos with Disney friends to mark the occasion! A bountiful breakfast will be available seven days a week at Makahiki Restaurant, with characters appearing on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. During the month of May, character dining will be exclusive to resort guests.”

If you’re visiting Aulani, A Disney Resort Spa this summer, you’ll want to be sure to make dining reservations for Makahiki breakfast to visit with Mickey and friends when they return May 7. Just like character dining at Walt Disney World, Disney has made some adjustments to the experience with the health and safety of the cast members and guests. So, what’s on the menu? Of course, all the enticing breakfast food your heart could desire. Entrees include macadamia nut pancakes with a Tahitian vanilla sauce or Hawaiian-style Loco Moco with hamburger steak, all accompanied by pastries and seasonal fresh fruit. Kids can choose a Mickey and Minnie waffle, which includes a Belgian mickey waffle and red velvet Minnie waffle. Sounds amazing to us!
