It is an exciting time to love all things Princess as The Walt Disney Company announced they are launching the “Ultimate Princess Celebration”, a yearlong event spotlighting the courage and kindness the Disney heroines inspire in fans all around the world. One way Disney is honoring Princesses is through music! Disney is kicking off the celebration with a debut of a new, original single from Brandy! Check out the details and sweet photos below.
As shared via Brandy’s Instagram: “SPEICAL ANNOUNCEMENT: On May 21st, Walt Disney Records will release the new Disney Princess Anthem “Starting Now” sung by yours truly!! I had an amazing time working with @oakestra to record an original song that celebrates courage and kindness. Thank you to all the songwriters and my Disney family for this magical moment. #UltimatePrincessCelebration”

Brandy will also debut a music video for “Starting Now,” the celebration’s anthem, which will be featured in Disney Princess Remixed – An Ultimate Princess Celebration, a music special premiering this August on Disney Channel. After its premiere on Disney Channel in the U.S., the special will also be available on Disney+ for kids and families around the world to enjoy.
