Disney Picks Up Several Academy Award Nominations!

Ok, Disney film/series fans! Big news as this year’s Academy Awards nominations have been announced… and yes, Disney is looking good with several nominations!

 

As reported by WhatsOnDisneyPlus: “Disney has been very successful with 15 nominations, with Searchlight Pictures “Nomadland” picking up 6 nominations including “Best Actress”, “Best Director” and “Best Picture”. Pixar’s “Onward” and the Disney+ Originals “Soul” and” Burrow” also picked up nominations, with both “Onward” and “Soul” being nominated for “Best Animated Film”. Other Disney+ Originals picking up nominations include “The One And Only Ivan” and “Mulan”. Here is the full list of nominees:
