1. Different tiers of pricing

About a year ago, Disney introduced tiered ticket prices. There are three different tiers—value, regular and peak. When you visit the Walt Disney World Resort website, you are able to see which price point the day you want to visit falls under. Value tickets are $102/$109, regular tickets are $114/$119, and peak tickets are $122/$129. You’ll find that most of the year is regular ticket pricing, with holidays and other busy times of the year are peak ticket pricing. There aren’t too many value ticket days, but many of them are on weekdays in September.

Buying tickets for the Disney Parks can be a bit daunting since there is so much to take into consideration, but having all of the information up front will allow you to make an informed decision. The great thing is that there really is an option for every scenario, whether you want to spend one day in each park or hop around and get a taste of everything.
