This week, the U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission announced that the set poses a choking hazard. The Disney100 special edition toys were marked appropriate for kids aged one-and-a-half to five. The set contains three-inch figures of Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto, but only Donald and Daisy are impacted by the recall.

According to the press release, numerous parents reported that Donald Duck and Daisy Duck’s heads were detaching, posing a choking risk to little ones. No child has been reported seriously injured, but at least one of the detached heads made its way into “the mouth of a young child.”

Donald Duck is wearing a blue sailor hat, a blue sailor shirt, and a red bow tie. Daisy Duck is wearing a pink bow, a purple sweater, and teal jewelry. Both figures have their arms outstretched.

The model numbers of the impacted Disney Little People toy sets are HPJ88 and HTW75. They can be found at the bottom of the Goofy figure. Only two of the Disney characters need to be discarded or returned–the Pluto, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy figures are safe to play with.

Parents should immediately take the two Disney toys away from their children. Contact Fisher-Price for a pre-paid return label and a $10 refund. If you don’t want to submit a form online or via e-mail, call the Fisher-Price customer service line at 855-853-6224 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

The Walt Disney Company did not issue a statement about the toy recall.
