This December 31, the restaurant invites guests to ring in 2026 with an exclusive celebration dinner featuring a four-course menu and entertainment designed just for the occasion. Diners will start their evening with the American Wagyu Futomaki Roll, followed by a selection of seasonal dishes such as BBQ European Quail, Norwegian Brown King Crab, and a flavorful Sweet Potato & Nantucket Scallop Bisque.

The main course lineup showcases the chef’s craft with highlights including a 30-Day Dry-Age Snake River Farms Wagyu Filet, Butter-Poached Maine Lobster, and the intricate Glacier 51 Toothfish Mosaic. Dessert brings a trio of artistic treats: Chocolate Blossom, Muscovado Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée, and Celebration of Citrus.

Guests can sip on specially prepared cocktails like the Black Truffle and Fig Old-Fashioned or the Blueberry & Thyme Gin Smash, while a live band sets the festive tone. Throughout the evening, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will stop by for photos, adding a classic Disney touch to the experience.

The night concludes with an unforgettable view—Magic Kingdom’s New Year’s Eve fireworks—seen from the restaurant’s terrace, complete with synchronized music and a champagne toast to mark the occasion.

Reservations are highly recommended, with prices set at $229 per person on December 30, $299 for early New Year’s Eve seating, and $349 for late seating. The event underscores Disney’s ongoing focus on elevated, once-a-year experiences designed for guests seeking an extraordinary way to welcome the new year.

With its refined menu, festive entertainment, and one of the most spectacular views in all of Walt Disney World, California Grill remains a dining experience that perfectly pairs celebration and culinary excellence.

When he’s not thinking about the Magic Kingdom, Thomas is usually reading a book, becoming desperately obsessed with fictional characters, or baking something delicious (his favorite is chocolate cake -- to bake and to eat). He's a dreamer and grew up on Mulan saving the world, Jim Hawkins soaring through the stars, and Padmé Amidala fighting a Nexu. At the Parks, he loves to ride Everest, stroll down Main Street with an overstuffed pin lanyard around his neck, and eat as many Mickey-shaped ice creams as possible. His favorite character is Han Solo (yes, he did shoot first), and his favorite TV show is Buffy the Vampire Slayer except when it's One Tree Hill. He loves sandy beach walks, forest hikes, and foodie days out in the Big City. Thomas lives in England, UK, with his fiancée, baby, and their dog, a Border Collie called Luna.
