7. Print a Map
First of all, it’s good to get an overview of the area. Without that mental picture, you’ll end up wasting time trying to figure out where you are and where you’re going. You can always view park maps on the My Disney Experience app without printing, but I find that a printed version is helpful, especially for the next step. An ideal printed map will have a list of attractions numbered to the side, just like the brochure maps you can get inside the parks.
