Additionally, Minnie Van transportation services were temporarily suspended, and Mears taxi services operated at limited capacity to assist guests still at Disney hotels. The goal of these changes was to limit unnecessary travel and protect those on Disney property during the storm.

The estimated $17 million in refunds accounts for regular theme park admissions and special event tickets, including the canceled Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on October 10.
