Walt Disney World Resort is making the holiday season more accessible for families this year. Unlike most Disney vacation discounts, this one doesn't require a special membership or subscription to unlock.

Starting Thursday, June 25, all guests can save up to 20% on select stays at Disney Resorts Collection hotels for travel between October 4 and December 24, 2026. The offer spans the full fall and holiday programming calendar at Walt Disney World Resort — from the height of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween season through Christmas Eve — and is open to any guest booking a qualifying stay, regardless of Annual Pass status, Florida residency, or Disney+ subscription.

Reservations can be made through Walt Disney World Resort's official website beginning Thursday.

Deeper Savings for Some Guests

The 20% discount is the floor, not the ceiling, for certain travelers.

Disney+ subscribers enrolled in the Disney+ Perks program can save up to 25% and receive a complimentary Park Hopper add-on when booking a four-night, four-day room and ticket package. That offer applies to stays during four specific date windows: September 25 through October 8, October 19 through 31, November 15 through 28, and December 13 through 24.

Florida residents qualify for a 25% discount on stays from October 19 through October 31, November 15 through November 28, and December 13 through December 24.

Annual Passholders have access to the strongest offer in the group: up to 30% off select Disney Resorts Collection rooms for stays throughout the October 4 through December 24 window.

The Timing

The discount announcement landed in the middle of a week that brought both exciting holiday news and some gut-wrenching disappointments for Walt Disney World Resort fans. The Central Florida Disney park confirmed the return of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and Disney Jollywood Nights — but also confirmed that the life-size Gingerbread House at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and the Cinderella Castle Dream Lights at Magic Kingdom Park would not be returning in 2026.
