Disney World's menus move constantly. Items appear, disappear, and quietly get reformulated between one visit and the next, and unless you are actively tracking it, you can show up expecting something that no longer exists.
This past week brought an unusually wide sweep of changes across parks and resorts, touching locations from Magic Kingdom to Port Orleans to Disney Springs, and the sheer volume of it means there is a good chance something on your personal radar shifted.

This is the full rundown, per Disney Food Blog. Every location that saw a meaningful update, with prices where they apply, so you can adjust your plans before you arrive rather than at the counter.
Magic Kingdom: Auntie Gravity's Gets a New Shake Menu

The biggest park-level change this week happened at Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies, where the shake and float menu was almost entirely rebuilt. The Asteroid Shake is gone. Four new items replaced it.

At Isle of Java, the Mickey-shaped Pretzel has been removed and replaced by Pretzel's Pretzels, which are Soft Mini Pretzels with Homemade Cheese Sauce and Blueberry-Mustard Sauce for $15.99. The Island Sunrise cocktail is also gone from the alcoholic beverage menu.
EPCOT: One Removal at Akershus
The only change at EPCOT this week is at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, where the Gulrøtter og Grønne Bønner, the Carrots with Green Beans dish on the plant-based Princess Storybook Dining menu, has been removed.

Other Locations

At Coronado Springs, El Mercado de Coronado added Fresh Start Oats, warm creamy oatmeal with a choice of two toppings including House-made Apple Compote, Fresh Blueberries, Crunchy Granola, Brown Sugar, or Golden Raisins for $9.
At Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, the Pineapple Cupcake at Capt. Cook's dropped in price from $6.99 to $6.49.
At Disney Springs, Amorette's Patisserie added a Mickey and Minnie Cookie Art kit with Edible Watercolor Paints for $19. The kit includes a Mickey Cookie, a Minnie Cookie, a Painter's Palette Cookie, brushes, and water to activate the paints. It is a genuinely fun activity item and a different kind of Disney Springs purchase than most guests expect to find there.
How to Use This for Your Trip
The scale of this update means that no matter which part of Disney World you are visiting or staying in, something changed near you. Before your trip, it is worth checking the current menu for your resort's quick service or food court against what you were planning to order.
Some of what was removed is genuinely notable. The Brisket Eggs Benedict at Trail's End had a following. The Plant-based Gyro at Artist's Palette was a reliable option for guests with dietary restrictions. The multiple dessert removals at Contempo Cafe, Caribbean Beach, and Saratoga Springs change the landscape at those locations considerably.
On the new side, the Churro Shake at Auntie Gravity's, the Toasted Marshmallow Brownie at Trail's End, and the Chocolate-Hazelnut Bear Claw are early candidates to become the kind of items guests start specifically making trips for. The Port Orleans dessert refresh is broad enough that it warrants a revisit if you have not been to that food court in a while.
