Reopening Dates Disney Has Announced:

Currently, the Walt Disney World website shows the following three resorts with estimated reopening time frames. Keep in mind, the three noted below have already reopened the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Villas.

  • May 30, 2021 Disney’s Beach Club Resort
  • June 6, 2021 Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
  • Summer 2021 Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

So, which Resorts are missing?

Resorts that currently don’t have a reopening date include:

  • Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House (DVC Villas already open)
  • Disney’s All-Star Music
  • Disney’s All-Star Sports
  • BoardWalk Inn (DVC Villas already open)
  • Port Orleans French Quarter
  • Port Orleans Riverside

Disney is continuously accessing park capacity, social distancing, and the need for their Disney Resorts to reopen. We suspect when Disney is able to lift their 35% capacity, it won’t be long before guests flood to the park and fill up the resorts once again. In the meantime, we’re thankful for what is open, and are eagerly awaiting the reopening of the remaining Resorts!
