We have been covering the new seasonal menu items coming to Walt Disney World Resort hotels for the holidays this year, and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort may just be the best one yet! This resort will be offering some of the most delicious spiked beverages of the season, plus a nice selection of sangrias and more, and we cannot wait to try them.

At the Barcelona Lounge, the resort will be serving an Iced S’mores Macchiato made with espresso, low-fat milk and toasted marshmallow beverage syrup topped with sweet cream and chocolate drizzle. This sounds delicious and is right at the top of our list! If it’s on your list, too, you’ll need to make your way over to the resort between December 12, 2021 and January 8, 2022 to try it.

During those same dates, Barcelona Lounge will also have a cranberry mimosa, made with cranberry juice and blanc de blanc cava. And, at both the Barcelona Lounge and the Dahlia Lounge, Guests can sip on a Hot Toddy for Two, featuring Twinings Discovery Collection Caramel Rooibos tea, brandy, amaretto, and cinnamon beverage syrup.

Sangria lovers need to get over to Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Largo this holiday season, where a new selection of sangrias are available. The Blood Orange Sangria is the resort’s house-made white sangria topped with blood orange beverage syrup and it is available November 25 through January 8. The Spiced Winter Sangria is the resort’s house-made red sangria warmed with spices, and this one is available November 25 through March 1, 2022, so you have plenty of time to try it!

That’s right, these bars are serving Peanut butter whiskey, with crème de cacao, toasted marshmallow beverage syrup, and orange bitters. Get there November 25-January 8 to try yours.

The Mistletoe Sangria also sounds delicious, with the resort’s house-made white sangria with a melon liqueur twist. The Cruz de Galicia is made with Amaretto, spiced rum, lemonade and a splash of vodka and a new toasted espresso martini is available as well (all December 12-January 8.)

For Thanksgiving, Three Bridges is serving up Turkey “a la Plancha,” with a Plancha-seared turkey breast, aged sherry-sage gravy, cranberry-apple chutney, and scallion biscuit with a choice of two sides: pomme purée, sweet potato gratin, elote, roasted cauliflower, magdelana dressing, or Brussel sprouts. (Thanksgiving dinner is only available on the holiday, November 25, 2021.)

And lastly for an alternative Thanksgiving dinner option, head to Toledo for Turkey Roulade with Magdalena dressing, pomme purée, glazed carrots, Brussel sprouts, cranberry relish, and turkey gravy and a special dessert of mulled wine pear mousse (also special for November 25.)
