Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts- Why You Should Stay Here At Least Once!

Beach and Yacht Club

If you are looking for a luxury resort in the heart of the Disney magic with vintage seashore charm, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are for you. These separate resorts sit side by side near the Disney BoardWalk and Epcot World Showcase. This article counts down the reasons why you need to stay at these Disney resorts at least once.

Deluxe Resort Charm

Yacht & Beach Club are Disney Deluxe Resorts so they come with all the extras that make your stay luxurious. Deluxe Resorts are the priciest lodging option at Walt Disney World starting at around four hundred dollars a night depending on the time of year you visit. Attention to detail in décor, more comfortable rooms, more diverse transportation options and great location are some of the extras you are paying for at a Disney Deluxe Resort.

Yacht Club Lobby

Yacht Club is beautifully decorated with antique maps, ocean liner décor flairs and lots of nautical touches from resort rooms to the beautiful lobby. Beach Club channels the turn of the century Atlantic seashore with vintage pastel beach umbrellas, antique swimwear on display and lots of calming and fun beach and boardwalk flourishes. Both resort lobbies have such welcoming and comfortable sitting areas that you will be drawn down to people watch and relax during your vacation. If you prefer a waterfront view you are in luck, both resorts have beautiful back patios facing Crescent Lake with white rocking chairs and tables. Because these resorts are adjoining, guests can easily walk between the two and enjoy the dining, shopping and lounge amenities of each resort. Splurging to stay at one of these Deluxe Resorts for a family vacation or celebratory trip is a must do for Walt Disney World Resort fans.

Convenient Location

Yacht & Beach Club are Epcot area resorts located across from the Disney BoardWalk and a short walk away from Epcot. The ability to easily access the back gate of Epcot, Epcot International Gateway is an awesome perk. If you would prefer not to walk to the park, you can hop a Friendship Boat from the Yacht & Beach Club dock on Crescent Lake. Boat access to Hollywood Studios is available in addition to a walking trail to the park. The new Disney Skyliners can be boarded at Hollywood Studios and Epcot International Gateway, so Yacht & Beach Club guests have easy access to this new and fun Disney transportation option. Bus stops at the front of the resort offer bus access to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, ESPN Wide World of Sports and Disney Waterparks.
