If you’re looking for something sweet to eat, or a classic confection, look no further than the Sleepy Hollow. From snacks and sandwiches to funnel cakes and ice-cream, Sleepy Hollow has enough eats to satisfy even Ichabod Crane’s cravings. It’s also home to a classic park snack, and perhaps this writer’s favorite, the Waffle-Sandwich. Whether you want it sweet or savory, take a chance and feast on these fantastic, fried, treats. The sweet and spicy chicken version is highly recommended, but you can never go wrong with the strawberries and cream version either.
