Twenty-two outlets across the campus is a meaningful number. For guests whose Disney World trip was built around a Bourbon Steak dinner, the Swan and Dolphin's depth means the evening does not have to be a write-off.
What the Swan and Dolphin Actually Has to Offer While Bourbon Steak Is Dark
Todd English's bluezoo is the seafood anchor of the campus and has been there long enough to build a reputation as one of the stronger non-park dining options in the EPCOT resort area. For guests who wanted something elevated and special, bluezoo is the closest substitute in terms of atmosphere and price point. Il Mulino Trattoria brings serious Italian cooking to the campus. Kimonos is the sushi restaurant and doubles as an entertainment venue with karaoke later in the evening. Amare offers Mediterranean cuisine. Rosa Mexicano handles coastal Mexican with a level of execution that goes beyond typical resort Mexican food.
None of these replicate what Bourbon Steak specifically offers, which is a prime and Wagyu steakhouse experience with a deep whiskey program, one of the things that made it a destination rather than just a convenience for nearby guests.
