Our city is so supportive of us that Gideon’s is always in a state of growth, so we’re always looking for the best people. Pro Tip for Front of House – Be comfortable talking to anyone. We’re not looking for salespeople. We require a team that speaks to our community like family and friends because that’s exactly what they are. You must be obsessed with detail and quality with every word, every display, and every morsel. We hire for emotional maturity and run an ego-free workplace; please and thank you.
