Holiday shoppers at Disney Springs should read the fine print before they buy. One pop-up store at Walt Disney World Resort‘s outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment district doesn't accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
A Pop-Up With Strict Rules
The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up opened on October 7 in the Town Center neighborhood at Disney Springs, taking over a storefront that Francescas once occupied. The temporary shop sells Disney- and Hallmark-branded items, among them souvenirs inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True (2026). That Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas movie was filmed at Walt Disney World Resort and stars Lacey Chabert and Travis van Winkle.
Attractions Magazine reported that every sale at the pop-up is final. The rule matters most for sized items, such as the Hallmark x Disney Christmas pajamas, since an incorrect size can't be undone once the purchase is made.
Other Quirks Shoppers Report
Guests say employees sometimes run a virtual queue to keep the store from getting too crowded. Restocks reportedly happen throughout the day rather than just once in the morning, so if your size is missing during your first visit, it's worth stopping back later.
Popular items can vanish quickly. A Loungefly backpack inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True sold out on opening day. Anyone chasing a specific piece should grab it while it's available.
Hallmark Crown Rewards members can earn points at the pop-up, at ten points per dollar spent, but they can't redeem points there. Coupons earned through the rewards program also can't be used at this Disney Springs location.
The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up will stay open through January 3, 2027.

Guests who want more holiday cheer after their trip can watch the premiere of Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True on the Hallmark Channel at 8:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. CT on November 28, 2026. It will be available to stream on demand the next day on Hallmark+.
