Have You Been Missing These 8 Can’t-Miss Experiences When You Visit Magic Kingdom?

Magic Kingdom is ever changing, but a lot of things have been around for quite some time. Mixing up the old with the new is a recipe for a perfect trip, especially when you have your favorites and your must do’s. Here are eight things you must do each time you visit Magic Kingdom:

8. Have A Dole Whip

A Dole Whip is the ultimate Magic Kingdom snack and it’s so delicious! Try having it as a float—pineapple ice cream submerged in pineapple juice. It’s even better than dole whip by itself!

7. Make A Wish In The Wishing Well

I have made many a wish at the wishing well that has come true, so it has become a tradition for me to make a wish every time I visit Magic Kingdom. You never know what could happen!

6. Get Pixie Dusted

Ever since I discovered that you could get pixie dusted without being a little princess getting made up at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, my life has never been the same. Head into Castle Couture and let them help make all of your wishes come true!

5. Visit Your Favorite Character

Nothing will put a smile on your face faster than visiting your favorite character! The heartfelt interaction will get your trip off to a great start, and you’ll have some photos to look back on, too.

4. Ride Your Favorite Ride

Space Mountain is my favorite ride, so I always have to ride it when I’m in the park. Whatever your favorite is, make it a point to ride it during your trip to Magic Kingdom. If it’s a popular attraction, make sure to make a fastpass!

3. Watch Festival of Fantasy

I know the words to the music, I know when the music will change, I know the order of the floats and I’m not ashamed to say that I am OBSESSED with this parade. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve seen it—it must be watched every time you’re in the kingdom.

2. Watch Wishes

Nothing wraps up a perfect day at Magic Kingdom quite like watching Wishes. The music will take your breath away and the fireworks display will have you wide-eyed and feeling like a kid again.

1. Take A Picture In Front of Cinderella Castle

Whether it’s a candid photo or a posed group selfie, a picture in front of Cinderella Castle is a must! No two pictures are ever alike, and it’s fun to see how your pictures change over time.

Having a list of things you have to do allows you to appreciate your favorites, but also make time for new experiences, too. You have a lot of time in the park—be sure to use it wisely so that you have the most magical time of your life!
