Helpful Tip: All cutting and slicing should be done by an adult.

Directions:

1. Slice apples about 1/2″ thick. Cut out a Mickey shape from the middle of each slice using a 3/4″ round pastry cutter for the head and the back of a round pastry tip for the ears.

2. Melt light cocoa candy melts. Place apples onto parchment paper and using a silicon pastry brush, spread melted chocolate on outer edge of the apple slices. Coat with chopped almonds.

3. Melt caramel. Place in a disposable bag, cut tip, and pipe caramel into Mickey cavity. Chill for 15 minutes, or until the caramel is set. Enjoy!
