Housing for Disney Cast Members Only Now Available at Flamingo Crossings

We previously shared the news that Walt Disney World has a new retail and dining location in the works called “Flamingo Crossings Town Center”. Well, the latest development is that Disney is now renting housing for Disney Cast Members only at “Flamingo Crossings Village”.

As shared on the Flamingo Crossings Village website: “Flamingo Crossings Village provides Cast Members and Operating Participants with spacious 2 and 4 bedroom apartments at a range of rates conducive for various budgets. All apartments feature hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a flat panel TV and a free furniture package. Enjoy the expansive Community Center, including a 12,500 sq ft state-of-the-art fitness center, multipurpose lounges, and indoor recreation with ping pong, billiards, arcade games and more! Take a step outside to explore the resort-style swimming pools, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and The Great Lawn courtyard space. Flamingo Crossings Village is how you want to live.”

 

Rent cost is as follows:

• – 2 Bed – 2 Bath, Shared Bedroom – Furnished or Unfurnished, 1021 sq. ft.: $559 per installment/per person.
• – 2 Bed – 2 Bath, Private Bedroom – Furnished or Unfurnished, 1021 sq. ft.: $999 per installment/per person.
• – 4 Bed – 2 Bath, Private Bedroom – Furnished or Unfurnished, 1268 sq. ft.: $649 per installment/per person.
• – 4 Bed – 4 Bath, Private Bedroom – Furnished or Unfurnished, 1467 sq. ft.: $699 per installment/per person.
