
2. DDP – Stands for Disney Dining Plan.
Available to guests staying on property, a DDP can be customized based on your budget and desires. When choosing your DDP it’s important to know the distinctions in restaurant classifications. “Table Service” denotes a traditional sit-down meal with a server. “Buffet” is self-explanatory—a sit-down meal where you serve yourself. “Character Meal” means Disney pals will visit your table. “Counter Service” is a fast-food type option where you wait for your food after ordering at the register. “Snack” is obviously a snack item, usually found at a kiosk or cart.
