4. Eat Drink and Be Merry
It goes without question that you will burn a lot of energy when visiting the Disney parks. If you haven’t packed your travel bag full of protein bars or snacks for later consumption, there are dozens of places where you can get a great bite to eat. If you’re looking to sit down and tuck in, there are many great table service and self-service spots to take in some chow time. If you’d rather just grab and go, that’s fine too. There are several snack stands and concessions scattered through the parks where you can grab yourself a treat to-go. Be sure to stay hydrated as well. As mentioned before, the Florida sun can do a number on a person. So either take a water bottle in your bag or ask one of the many snack stands for ice water. It’s free and you get a good helping. If you happen to be in Epcot, be sure to visit Club Cool to sample sodas from around the world. Long story short, if you plan on a daylong trip to the parks, be sure there’s fuel in the tank to keep charging through.
