Not your average cookie recipe, these are of the giant cookie variety (best served warm) that I love to pick up any special time I happen to be in Disney California Adventure. Since I live nowhere near California and it gets pretty expensive to double fist these cookies, it seemed high time for a recipe recreation! They look and taste just like Jack Jack’s! From the iconic paper liners to the melty chocolate chips. When you’re eating this you’ll get two experiences in one- a VERY delicious cookie melting in your mouth, and a transportive journey to the Pixar Pier.

Jack Jack Cookie Num Nums are deep dish chocolate chip cookies served in a paper cookie liner. They are served warm at Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums, a quick-service restaurant by the same name as the cookie. This little restaurant can be found on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. Cookies are $8.00 each.

The cookie is named after Jack-Jack, the youngest character in the Incredibles Disney movie series. He is a baby with superpowers as well as being really cute.

People enjoy dipping the cookie in milk. The quick-service restaurant also serves four different kinds of milks to enjoy with your cookie.

Three Jack Jack Cookie Num Nums

To achieve the ideal and iconic “official” cookie look, I used these paper liners from Amazon. But if you don’t want to use those liners, you can use regular cupcake liners. Although the cookies will be a little taller and not as wide, they will still delish. Or, if want to skip liners altogether, you can bake big scoops of cookie dough. Be sure to chill the dough first so it doesn’t spread!

These cookies are served fresh and warm at Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums, a quick-service restaurant by the same name as the cookie. This little restaurant can be found on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. In fact, it is near the exit of the Incredicoaster attraction! Further, at the restaurant you’ll find four different kinds of milks to enjoy with your cookie: chocolate milk, 1% milk, soy milk, and vanilla almond milk.

  • To start, preheat oven to 350.
  • Add butter, white sugar, and brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix these on high until combined, light, and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla and eggs and mix until just combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Next, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time, mixing in between.
  • Set aside some chocolate chunks to press into the top. Add the rest to the dough and fold in.
  • Place baking cups on a baking sheet. You should be able to fit about 8 cups to one baking sheet- you want there to be plenty of space between each one. Fill each cup with three heaping scoops of dough.
  • Press the dough down into the bottom of the cup. Press a few chocolate chunks into the top of each cup of dough.
  • Bake for 22-24 minutes. Do not over-bake. You want the edges to be golden-brown but the middle to still be a little gooey. Serve warm.
