Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios Fully Booked at Disney World

This week, the Disney Park Pass reservation screen has a story to tell. On Tuesday, October 13, the Disney Park Pass system showed no reservations at three of Walt Disney World's four parks, and Magic Kingdom showed none for Wednesday either.

On top of that, Disney is raising the maximum prices for several Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions starting November 1. We've pulled both stories together, and we're sticking to what the listings and reports actually say. Here's the rundown, followed by some planning ideas.

The Quick Take

Three parks showed no reservations on Tuesday. Only Disney's Animal Kingdom had availability. On Wednesday, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios showed availability, and Magic Kingdom did not. Separately, four Lightning Lane Single Pass maximums rise on November 1, by $1 to $3 each.

Here's what the reservation system showed for today:

  • Disney's Animal Kingdom (8am to 6pm): reservations available
  • EPCOT (9am to 9pm): no reservations available
  • Disney's Hollywood Studios (9am to 9pm): no reservations available
  • Magic Kingdom (8am to 6pm): no reservations available

Wednesday, October 14

Tomorrow looks somewhat better:

  • Disney's Animal Kingdom (8am to 6pm): reservations available
  • EPCOT (9am to 9pm): reservations available
  • Disney's Hollywood Studios (9am to 9pm): reservations available
  • Magic Kingdom (8am to 11pm): no reservations available

What a Blank Calendar Does and Doesn't Mean

It's tempting to read a screen with no availability as proof of packed parks. The listing doesn't go that far. It shows that no reservations were available. It doesn't explain why, and it doesn't include attendance figures, so we aren't making claims about crowd levels.

The listing is also a moment in time. Availability can shift during the day as reservations are added or released, which is why it's smart to check the My Disney Experience app regularly. A park showing no availability can open back up with no notice.

One Number That Stands Out

Look closely at Magic Kingdom's hours. They're listed as 8am to 6pm today and 8am to 11pm tomorrow. The information we have doesn't explain the difference, and we won't invent a reason. It's just a detail worth noticing if you're picking a day.

Plan B for Annual Passholders

Annual Passholders have more flexibility than the calendar suggests. You can reserve at a park with availability, enter that park first, and then use Park Hopper to head to a park without availability later in the day, capacity permitting.

Passholders can also visit without a theme park reservation after 2pm on any day, except Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom.

If you're flexible about where to start, Disney's Animal Kingdom is the only park with a direct reservation available today. EPCOT and Hollywood Studios show availability tomorrow.

The Cost Angle: New Single Pass Ceilings on November 1

Beginning Sunday, November 1, 2026, Disney is raising the maximum Lightning Lane Single Pass prices at four attractions. These rides are sold separately from the Lightning Lane Multi Pass bundle, and their prices change by date and demand.

The new maximums:

  • TRON Lightcycle / Run (Magic Kingdom): $25 per person, up from $23
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (EPCOT): $25 per person, up from $22
  • Avatar Flight of Passage (Disney's Animal Kingdom): $20 per person, up from $19
  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Magic Kingdom): $18 per person, up from $15

Each is $1 to $3 above the previous reported high, and those highs were documented on October 29, 2025. A maximum isn't necessarily what guests will pay on any particular date.

A Family of Four at the Top Price

Three of Walt Disney World's five Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions will carry a $25 maximum. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disney's Hollywood Studios is at that level too, although it's not part of this round of increases.

For a family of four, one Single Pass at TRON Lightcycle / Run or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at the new maximum totals $100 before tax. That's added to daily park admission, which can exceed $150 per person on certain dates and for certain ticket options.

How Far the Ceilings Have Climbed

Here are the reported launch maximums next to the new ones:

  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: $10 to $18, up 80 percent
  • Avatar Flight of Passage: $13 to $20, up about 54 percent
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind: $14 to $25, up about 79 percent
  • TRON Lightcycle / Run: $19 to $25, up about 32 percent

These figures show how the reported maximums have changed. They don't tell us how the increases compare with inflation, and they don't explain why Disney set its prices where it did.

The Calendar Behind the Timing

The new ceilings take effect just ahead of the holiday travel period. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom and Disney Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios begin in November, and EPCOT's International Festival of the Holidays starts later in the month. The weeks around Thanksgiving and Christmas are popular travel periods, though crowd levels vary by date and park.

The timing alone doesn't reveal Disney's reasons or predict how guests will respond, so we're leaving it there.

Ideas for Keeping Costs in Check

If $25 per person doesn't fit the plan, standby lines are available for TRON Lightcycle / Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Both moved away from virtual queues in 2024, so don't expect the former free boarding groups at 7:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. The app lists current queue options and wait times.

Avatar Flight of Passage and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train also have standby lines. Eligible Disney resort hotel guests can use Early Theme Park Entry for extra time in the parks. Joining a standby line nearer to posted closing time can sometimes help, though waits vary and a shorter line is never guaranteed.

Before you buy, compare the Single Pass price with the expected standby wait. If the line looks manageable or the price feels high, the regular queue may be the better choice.
