Food lovers, this one’s for you.
The 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic has officially opened ticket sales, and the two-night event is set for November 20 and 21. For 17 years now, this fall celebration has drawn guests who want something a little more elevated than the standard theme park festival experience.

And it delivers.
From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. each evening, the causeway between the Swan and Dolphin hotels transforms into an open-air tasting event featuring unlimited food and beverage samples with your ticket.
A Culinary Showcase
This isn’t a collection of pop-up booths. It’s a showcase of the resort’s full culinary program.
Twenty-three restaurants and lounges contribute to the event. That includes steakhouse staples from Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, seafood-focused dishes from Todd English’s bluezoo, Italian favorites from Il Mulino, and bold flavors from Rosa Mexicano.
It’s a curated sampling of what the Swan and Dolphin does best — and that includes wine. The resort boasts nearly 1,400 wine selections and dozens of certified sommeliers, which shows in the depth of beverage options offered.
Last year’s event featured over 170 beverages and more than 45 dishes across both nights, and 2026 is expected to follow suit.
What’s New in 2026
The biggest additions this year are the Chef Todd English Experience and the Chef Michael Mina Experience. These curated meals promise a more immersive dining opportunity led by the chefs themselves.

Live musical entertainment will once again fill the venue, adding to the celebratory energy.
Planning Your Visit
Tickets are priced at $215 for a single night. Guests who want the full weekend can purchase a two-night bundle and save 10%.
If you’re making a staycation out of it, discounted hotel rates are available for Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve guests who attend the event.

Full menus will be announced later, but based on past years, this is one of the strongest culinary events of the fall season.
For those who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed setting — without the hustle of the parks — the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic continues to stand out.
