Walt Disney World Resort has officially revealed new details for its annual Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party events, and this year, things are a bit different. The popular after-hours event will be held on select nights from August through October 2025, but some Disney Parks fans will need to wait a little longer than others to secure their spot.
Tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be more expensive this time around, with prices ranging from $119 to $229, depending on the night. This marks an increase of up to $30 compared to last year. However, Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members will get a $10 discount on tickets for select nights in August and September.
The Magic Kingdom opens for partygoers at 4:00 p.m., three hours before the official start time, allowing early entry to the park. Attendees can look forward to fan favorites like the Mickey’s Boo To You Halloween Parade, plenty of trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park, rare character meet-and-greets, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks, and the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular.
This year, there’s a refreshed version of the Jack Skellington character, a new meet-and-greet featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse together at the Town Square Theater, and additional rare characters like Pain & Panic from Hercules (1997) in the Halloween parade. And for fans of the Zombies (2018) films, there’s a brand-new dance party inspired by the upcoming Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires (2025).
Early Halloween Party Access for Select Walt Disney World Guests
Select Walt Disney World Resort guests will have first dibs on tickets. Starting May 15, 2025, Disney Resort hotel guests will be able to purchase tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Other guests will need to wait until May 22 to buy their tickets.
Members of D23, the official Disney fan club, will get exclusive access to tickets for the August 29 date, which falls during Destination D23 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This exclusive offer will begin on May 22, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. EST, but it’s still unclear whether this offer will be available before the general public’s access.
