Hands down, our favorite ride at Epcot is Test Track. We make sure to get Fast Passes early and usually on two different days during our trip! We love to design our car and it really is fun to see how it can change the experience each time. It's at the top of our bucket list because we simply can't miss it when we visit Epcot.
