Photo Update of Tron Coaster Construction at Magic Kingdom

While construction resumed several of weeks ago on the highly anticipated roller coaster coming to Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom – Tron Lightcycle Power Run – we have photo updates showing the current progress as shared by @bioreconstruct Twitter account.

We previously reported Disney’s most recent update on the new Tron coaster, Tron Lightcylce Power Run, as it prepares for it’s opening in 2021 – in time to celebrate Disney’s 50th Anniversary. The pandemic hit and with park closures and social distancing, construction came to a halt in March. Thankfully, this massive roller coaster construction was among the first to welcome workers back several weeks ago.

Eek! We are so excited to experience this one! The question is, will the ride be ready by the 50th Anniversary, or will the hold up of construction due to COVID-19 cause a hiccup in dates?
