Popular Disney Springs Location Is Now Hiring Good People

As crowds once again head to Walt Disney World and surrounding locations, the demand for workers is increasing. As of most recently, Disney has offered a $1000 hiring bonus for select positions. While many restaurants are struggling to bring staff back to work, we’re seeing hiring notices just about everywhere – and Disney Springs is no exception. A popular Disney Springs location needs for more staff, and their biggest requirement is to be a good person.

As shared by Gideon’s Bakehouse via Facebook: “We wanted to do a fun Red, White, and Blue bonus cake slice today, but, like all restaurants, staffing is exceptionally challenging right now, which means extra fun has to take a back seat now and again. is the place to be if you or anyone you know is looking for work. Our Winter Garden production kitchen is almost always hiring, and that ranges from basic production work to skilled bakers. The biggest requirement is that you are a good person.”

While most Disney fans strive at the chance to hopefully make it into Gideon’s Bakehouse virtual queue for the day to taste their delicious cookies, you could be part of the action daily by working with them! Check out all the hiring details for Gideon’s as shared here.

About Mike and Jamie Sylvester

We are Disney nerds. Two kids at heart who love the magic and the memories of Walt Disney World! We follow all things Disney and have great experiences with Disney Vacation Club and RunDisney events in particular. We enjoy the vacations, day trips, weekend getaways and geek out over the planning of such events. From lodging to dining to Fastpasses we have a spreadsheet for every occasion. Mike’s frivolous Disney goal is to acquire a magic band of every style while Jamie’s goal is to experience as many Disney desserts as possible. Usually there isn’t a day that passes without some discussion of the master plan of our next trip to the happiest place on earth. Most people think we’re normal – until they travel to Disney with us. We have been married for 16 years and are blessed with a daughter and a son who have already learned the importance of planning ahead! As a family we thoroughly enjoy the magic and the memories at Walt Disney World and are here to help others experience the magic as well.
