A mysterious construction project has appeared at Disney California Adventure Park, and while Disneyland Resort hasn't said a word about what's being built, a recent announcement may have already given it away.
Construction Appears Between Carthay Circle and Avengers Campus

On Wednesday, WDWNT reported that Disneyland Resort had begun construction at Disney California Adventure Park in the area across from the iconic Grizzly Peak waterfall, between Carthay Circle and Avengers Campus.
The outlet shared a photo of the site, which is enclosed by stone barriers connected by a brown wooden gate, with green plywood barriers installed behind the gate to block guests' view of the active work. A tall metal structure rises just above the construction walls, offering the only hint of what's taking shape behind them.
Disneyland Resort has not acknowledged the project or provided any information about what is being built at the location.
The Announcement That May Explain Everything

Two days before the construction appeared, on August 17, the official @DisneyEats Instagram account posted an announcement about a new Quick-Service dining kiosk coming to Disney California Adventure Park. The post read:
A little taste of the valley, right in the heart of Disney California Adventure Park ☀️ Get ready for Bountiful Valley Brews – a new kiosk serving light bites and brews. Opening later this year! #Disneyland #CaliforniaAdventure

The timing and location of the construction activity align closely with the Bountiful Valley Brews announcement — though Disneyland Resort has not officially connected the two or shared a specific opening date for the new dining location.
Beyond the name, the menu and full scope of what Bountiful Valley Brews will offer haven't been detailed.
