The runDisney Frozen virtual race series includes three 5K races inspired by the original Frozen film, Frozen 2, and the hit Broadway production of Frozen, each with their own exclusive runDisney medal for each race participant. Runners who participate in all three races will also receive an additional Virtual Challenge medal as well as an exclusive keepsake from runDisney.

Not sure what a virtual runDisney event entails? Each race can be done on your own time at the course of your choosing, whether it be at your favorite travel destination, around your neighborhood, or even simply on a treadmill at the gym. Register for the race of your choice online through runDisney, then complete your 5K anytime from June 1, 2022, to August 31, 2022.

Registered runners for the Frozen virtual summer series will receive a unique finisher’s medal for each event completed, a downloadable race bib, and a finisher’s certificate. The medals for this summer’s event are stunning, with one design featuring Olaf and Sven, inspired by the original Frozen film, Anna and Elsa for Frozen 2, a look at the ‘Let It Go’ musical number from the Broadway production of Frozen, and summery piece of Olaf artwork for the challenge medal.

Registration for each of the 5Ks costs $47.97 per runner, or $159.90 for the virtual challenge. You can register online, and find complete details for each event plus information on training programs and playlists to motivate you through each race on runDisney.com. Registration is limited based on availability, so if any of this summer’s races are a must-do for you, we recommend signing up early!
