8. Hand Cut Silhouettes

This one is fresh on my mind because I just purchased one for my littlest one. It’s become a tradition to have these made for my kids while they are young, because they grow so fast and it’s nice to have something so special to remember these days by. At various locations at Disney, you can have a hand cut silhouette made for you on the spot by an incredibly talented artist, who will create an accurate silhouette for you in as little as a few minutes (and, as proven in my case, can even do it when you have a wiggle worm toddler). The silhouettes cost approximately $12 (I was given THREE separate silhouettes at the Disney Springs location). You then have the option to purchase the ornate black oval frame for an additional $11. With tax my total ran me just over $25 for the silhouettes and the frame, which I now proudly display on my son’s bedroom wall just like his sister’s silhouette in her room.
