Left behind to compact a planet full of trash, the lovable robot Wall-e was not actually a trash compactor. Essentially, he only reshaped trash into cubes. Disney made efforts to cut around the process so as not to make too much of the issue. In the long run though, I love Wall-e just the way he is!
