3. Unexpected Ride Closures

Guests visiting Walt Disney World have invested a lot to enjoy their favorite rides and experience all the attractions they have seen advertised. Unfortunately, technical difficulties do happen and sometime leave guests disgruntled and angry that they are unable to enjoy their favorite attraction. During a visit to Epcot when my younger sister was five years old she was grief stricken to learn that her favorite Walt Disney World ride at the Mexican pavilion that featured singing dolls was closed for refurbishment. When she crumbled into sorrowful sobs a cast member was kind enough to explain the refurbishments and console her.
