2. Quarter-Share Property
In resort towns such as Breckenridge, it’s becoming common for families to buy a quarter-share in a vacation home or condo. Four families share the burdens of ownership and they work out a rotational access to the property. Maybe you know a few other Disney-loving families that would jump at partial ownership in Orlando? Just until retirement (and permanent Disney relocation) comes around, of course.
